ELITE SERIES LIFETIME REPLACEMENT PROGRAM
Bendetti Optics stands behind our products and offers our customers a full, lifetime replacement program on all our Elite Series sunglasses. If your sunglasses become scratched, damaged or broken for any reason - you sit on them; your dog eats them; you accidentally cut them in half with a chainsaw; anything – we will replace them with a brand new pair, NO QUESTIONS ASKED. As long as you own the sunglasses this program is available to you. Our warranty does not cover loss.
The easiest way to confirm if your sunglasses fall into the Elite Series category is to check the inner side of the arms of the sunglasses where you'll find it printed along with the style name. If you're unsure, feel free to email us directly at email@example.com or through our contact form here on the website and we'll be happy to assist you.
TO RECEIVE YOUR NEW SUNGLASSES
Simply send back the damaged Elite Series sunglasses along with a note including the physical address you want the replacement sunglasses shipped to, as well as your contact information with your email address, and include a $14 check or money order for each pair being returned (to cover materials, shipping and handling). If your style/color is no longer available we will replace it with the most similar choice possible. All returned merchandise shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

SUNGLASSES CLEANING GUIDE
Whenever possible, avoid saltwater, sand and sunscreen from coming into contact with the lenses of your sunglasses.
If your lenses become smudged, dirty, or smeared, run the sunglasses under lukewarm (not hot) water and wash them with a mild, lotion-free soap while using a soft cloth to clean them.
Dry sunglasses with a clean, soft, lint-free cloth. NEVER clean or dry your sunglasses with any paper products such as Kleenex, napkins, tissue or toilet paper.
If you'd like to give the rubber nose pieces and temple tips a bit of extra care, dip a Q-tip in rubbing alcohol and swab the areas.
CARE GUIDE DO'S & DON'TS
Limit exposure to saltwater, chlorine or any harsh chemicals. If your sunglasses come into contact with any of these, be sure to rinse them in plenty of fresh, cool water.
When cleaning the lenses of your sunglasses, be gentle and do not use a lot of pressure or force as this can damage mirrored, colored lenses.
Always store your sunglasses in a case when not in use.
Do not place sunglasses lens down on any surface, especially the dashboard of your vehicle.
Do not attempt to clean your sunglasses with your fingers. The oils, dirt, and grit on your fingers will smudge and scratch your lenses, especially mirrored, colored lenses.
* Special Note : Mirrored, colored lenses will inevitably wear down and scratch over time. The best way to ensure the lenses remain in the best possible condition for the longest possible time is to follow the above cleaning and care guidelines while limiting hard surfaces coming into contact with the lenses. However, if your lenses become damaged in any way, please take advantage of our full, lifetime warranty replacement program outlined above.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, send the sunglasses back to Bendetti Optics within 14 days of original purchase in LIKE NEW CONDITION and we will refund the purchase price (less shipping and handling). * Please include a note with a brief explanation for the return and request for a refund as well as your email address in case we need to contact you.* If the sunglasses are scratched or damaged, no refund will be granted.
